Background: General Fong commands a military base on the west coast of the Earth Kingdom, not far from the easternmost islands of the Fire Nation.
Personality: Determined to stop the bloodshed, General Fong is obsessed with using Aang's Avatar state to crush the Fire Nation with a single blow. While his intentions may be noble, he is short-sighted in his desire to end the war and doesn't consider the consequenses of his rash and foolhardy plan.
