Powers: None
Background: Chey was the second person to leave the Fire Nation army and survive. He now serves Jeong Jeong, the firebending master and first deserter of the Fire Nation army.
Personality: Though Chey does seem to idolize Jeong Jeong, he does not obey him blindly. He disobeys his master and brings the Avatar to be trained in firebending despite being instructed not to. Chey also appears to be a bit of an outcast (even among other outcasts), and is at times completely oblivious as to what is going on.
